Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pixy Digital ("Pixy Digital", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Pixy. Keep your credentials secure and tell us about unauthorized use.

Your content and generated images

You retain ownership of brand assets, images, logos, fonts, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to operate Pixy, including generating images and analyzing brand identity. You confirm that you have the rights to the materials you provide.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the images you generate and may use them for personal and commercial projects. AI output may resemble output generated for others and is not guaranteed to be unique. Review images before publishing or distributing them.

Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not use Pixy to infringe others' rights; create unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit material; impersonate a person or brand without authorization; or disrupt or circumvent the service and its usage limits.

Pixy uses third-party AI and social-platform providers. Connected accounts are also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Memberships and billing

Pixy has no free tier. Solo costs USD $19/month or $180/year and includes 150 image generations, 3 social connections, and one seat. Studio costs $49/month or $468/year and includes 1,000 image generations, 10 social connections, and up to 3 seats. Agency costs $149/month or $1,428/year and includes 5,000 image generations, 25 social connections, up to 10 seats, and priority support. Each membership covers one brand area; workspace members share its allowance. Solo has no team workspace.

Studio and Agency may be offered with a 14-day trial for a one-time $1 fee. Unless canceled, the full recurring price begins after the trial. Memberships renew on the selected monthly or annual cycle until canceled. Paddle handles payments and shows applicable taxes before purchase. Image allowances start after payment confirmation and reset at paid renewal; unused images do not roll over. Annual plans provide twelve months of images with the annual payment.

Each generated image or AI image edit uses one image. Failed images return to the allowance for the period when requested. Manual adjustments and access to saved content do not use images.

Plan changes, cancellation, and refunds

Plan changes are available after any trial. The app shows an estimated prorated charge before you confirm; images already used count toward the new allowance. Before switching to a smaller plan, you may need to remove members, revoke invitations, or disconnect social accounts. A lower plan does not refund unused images.

Cancel from Billing & usage, then Manage subscription. Cancellation at the next billing date keeps paid access until then. Failed payments, pauses, refunds, and chargebacks may suspend generation and collaboration. See our refund and cancellation page for the request process and Paddle's policy.

Workspace access and review

Owners control membership, ownership transfer, portability, and deletion. Admins manage settings and team access within their permissions. Creators produce content and reviewers provide comments and decisions. Contributions remain in the workspace after someone leaves. Workspace roles do not determine intellectual-property rights between you and your organization.

When approval is required, the selected image version must be approved before Pixy image export, Canva handoff, or Instagram publishing. New versions need new decisions. An owner's workspace archive is a separate portability function and may include unreviewed content. Review controls cannot prevent screenshots or recall content already downloaded or published.

Availability and liability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Pixy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination and changes to these terms

You may stop using Pixy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though provisions that should survive will do so. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
