Refunds and cancellation
You can stop future renewals. Paddle handles refund requests under its buyer refund policy.

In Pixy, open Billing & usage, choose Manage subscription, and cancel there. You can also use the Manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt or ask for cancellation at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, prevents the next renewal, and keeps paid access until that period ends.
If you are in a 14-day Studio or Agency trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the full recurring charge. The trial has a one-time $1 fee.
Request a refund
Paddle is the seller and handles refund eligibility under its buyer refund policy, including any applicable statutory rights. Canceling a subscription does not itself refund a previous charge. To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or billing page, or select Request refund at paddle.net. Paddle reviews the request and confirms the outcome.
For a product issue, contact support@pixy.digital so we can try to resolve it. You can still contact Paddle about a refund. Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer rights.
What happens after a refund
An approved refund or chargeback may end access to the affected billing period and revoke its image allowance. Your saved content remains subject to Pixy's retention rules. See the Terms of Service for membership details.
